The Microsoft UX Design Professional Certificate is a UX design training course published by Coursera Academy. You start with user research and use a variety of methods to uncover the pain points and wants and needs that professionals have when shopping for groceries. You’ll design the hierarchy of information in the app and ensure a logical structure that makes sense to users. Finally, you’ll turn your static mockups into an interactive prototype so that users of your grocery shopping app can tap, swipe, and navigate the app and give you valuable feedback on your design.
