Description
Six Sigma Black Belt Specialization is a Six Sigma Black Belt training course published by Coursera Academy. In this specialization, learners develop and deepen their understanding of the Six Sigma DMAIC process. The specialization also explores the intersection between Six Sigma and Lean, and also provides a more advanced understanding of the DMAIC process beyond the limitations of the Green Belt training by incorporating content on organizational planning and development, team management, and design for Six Sigma. Throughout the specialization, learners are tasked with completing portions of a revised capstone project that is grounded in the DMAIC process and implemented in a way that is consistent with the deliverables presented in the course.
